Kate Duva

Kate Duva, a developmental therapist and community organizer for families, is hellbent on amassing a warrior tribe of caregivers who will make America a better place in which to raise the coming generations. Kate’s poetry and prose have appeared in BookslutWord RiotOpiumHair Trigger and Fugue, and on Vocalo radio. She’s the recipient of a Follett Fellowship in Fiction Writing from Columbia College. She lives part-time in the year 1939, where she’s working on a novel about a burlesque dancer from the Dust Bowl who befriends an autistic man who talks like a human radio.
