Alice Kim

Alice Kim is a cultural organizer, writer and activist. She’s the Director of The Public Square, a program of the Illinois Humanities Council that creates spaces for public conversations. Alice is also a founding member of the Chicago Torture Justice Memorials, an artists’ collective dedicated to documenting the history of Chicago police torture through works of art. She’s working on a memoir about things her mother doesn’t want to know and you can find her musings on her blogĀ Dancing the Dialectic.
